Who Are We?
We are a collective of individuals who bear witness as animals are led into slaughterhouses—spaces of suffering hidden from public view. Our members span all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs, each bringing their own story, but united by one unshakable truth: compassion binds us.
We reject speciesism. We believe that every sentient being human or non-human deserves dignity, joy, and the right to live free from harm. A cry to live is universal. And we will not look away.
With banners in hand and truth in our hearts, we stand at the gates of cruelty to protest, to educate, and to expose. We speak for the voiceless. We fight for those the world reduces to barcodes. We challenge the silence that allows suffering to persist.
Each week, we gather outside Molare and other slaughterhouses where piglets—many just 4 to 6 months old—are forced into CO₂ gas chambers. These babies do not walk willingly. They are hidden behind walls and gates designed to shield the public from the horror within. But we see. We hear. We feel. We remember.
We are not here to turn away. We are here to turn the tide.
I am a vigilist,
a bearer of witness.
I stood beside the suffering ones,
met their gaze, and whispered grace
don’t fight it, dear soul,
get your wings and fly.

CO2 GASSING
Every day, millions of pigs suffer through CO2 gassing, a method the industry claims is “humane” but causes immense pain and terror.

WHAT MAKES PIGS SO INTERESTING?
Pigs possess remarkable cognitive abilities comparable to young children. They can solve complex problems, learn new skills quickly, and even use mirrors to find hidden food. Their intelligence rivals that of dogs and some primates, demonstrating sophisticated understanding and adaptability.
Pigs form close friendships, show empathy, and have complex social hierarchies. Mother pigs sing to their babies while nursing, and piglets learn to respond to their mothers’ calls.
Pigs experience a wide range of emotions including joy, fear, and sadness. They love to play, engaging in chase games and wrestling. They form strong emotional bonds and can grieve when separated.
Industrial pig farming contributes to deforestation, water pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and biodiversity loss. Waste runoff contaminates soil and waterways, while feed production strains ecosystems.
